Our Story

Merchandise that earns
its place.

Every project begins with a conversation and ends with a product that helps people stay connected to the stories, moments, and brands that matter most.

We believe merchandise isn't just something you wear or hold — it's something you remember. A way to reconnect with the feeling you had when a story met you exactly where you were.

Brittany Minna
Founder & Creative Director

I got my start with a summer internship at a promo company through a family friend. After college, I was hired as an assistant to an executive, where I learned every side of the business — building client relationships, partnering with manufacturers and vendors to curate a trusted list of go-tos, and learning art direction and production from the ground up. That foundation, and fifteen years in the industry since, is what Creative Ink is built on.

The one thing I've always focused on is consistency — in communication and in the product we deliver. I value routine and predictability, and I wanted to build a company that emphasized the business relationship as much as the creative. The brands I work with have shaped Creative Ink's growth as much as I have — their standards have pushed us to rise with them, project after project. Trust is earned over time, and I've been lucky to build it with clients who challenge us to do better every time.

A process built
with intent.

Creative Ink is built on connection — between people, stories, and the work itself. We believe the strongest creative partnerships come from trust, continuity, and shared understanding. That's why every company we work with partners directly with a dedicated project director who leads the process from start to finish. From initial vision through final delivery, you'll work with one point of contact who understands your story, safeguards the creative intent, and ensures every decision feels aligned, intentional, and impactful.

Sourced with care.
For people, process,
and planet.

At Creative Ink, responsibility is built into how we work. We partner with vendors who demonstrate adherence to recognized ethical labor standards and environmental best practices, both domestically and internationally. When possible, we prioritize suppliers that participate in established third-party certification programs and compliance frameworks, and we conduct ongoing reviews to ensure alignment with our standards. Every product is sourced with intention — considering materials, manufacturing practices, and long-term impact alongside design and quality. We believe great merchandise should be made with care for the people who create it and the world it lives in, and we approach that responsibility with transparency and accountability at every stage of the process.

VI. — Frequently Asked

Questions,
answered.

What's a typical project budget?
Our smallest custom projects typically begin at $2–3K; studio and brand-wide programs can scale significantly beyond that. We'll give you a transparent estimate in our first call based on product, quantity, and timeline.
What's your turnaround time?
A standard merchandise drop runs two to three weeks from approved design to delivery. Rush production can often be accommodated — especially for press cycles and theatrical release windows. Just let us know the project parameters and we'll do our best to meet your date.
Do you handle studio licensing and approvals?
Yes. We're experienced with studio-side approval workflows, licensing ledgers, and brand guideline compliance. We work closely with legal, marketing, and brand teams to keep every asset on spec.
Can you produce internationally?
Yes. We maintain vetted domestic and international production partners, and we recommend the right origin based on product, volume, and ethical sourcing requirements.
What are your minimum order quantities?
Minimums vary by product and decoration method. For specialty and PR-gifting projects, we routinely work in smaller, more intentional runs than traditional promo shops.
How involved is my team in the creative process?
As involved as you want to be. Some clients hand us a brief and review finished concepts; others work alongside us from the first sketch. Your dedicated project director adapts to your team's rhythm.
